We invite qualified Vietnamese respondents to participate in tasks and tests in a convenient place. BWI and its partners will select an appropriate venue for every single research requirement such as an office, a cafeteria, a hotel banquet room, a public hall, etc. Wherever the CLT takes place, the capacity is fully equipped with modern facilities and testing tools such as PC/laptop, paper, pencil… Both BWI staff and clients are allowed to control the whole procedure of the survey to avoid unexpected situations. 

As CLT provides greater response rate and allows clients to directly observe interviewing, it is the most appropriate method for concept testing, products testing, samples targeting, advertising/copy testing, sensory evaluating, etc.
