Personal interview, or in-depth interview, is a one-to-one interview method in which one of our interviewers　inquires an individual respondent’s perspective about a particular subject. We may conduct personal interviewsat BWI research facility, respondent’s home, workplace, public locations… or via telephone for convenience.As the conversation is in person, respondent has enough time to generate ideas without being influenced by other respondents’ point of view. Our interviewers have thorough understandings about Vietnamese cultures, so the interview can become an open discussion in which the respondents can freely express their perceptions and opinions about clients’ subject of concern.

The purpose of personal interview is to dig deep insights of customers such as motivations, preferences, and attitudes of respondents on a situation, product or idea. Thus, personal in-depth interviews are suitable for controversial topics that focus on individual information.
